The lack of a secure gate in the parking area made me uneasy about leaving my car there. the loud and rowdy guests made it difficult to fall asleep at night, and the poorly soundproofed walls did not help.

There are issues with security and cleanliness. the communal kitchen can have an unpleasant smell and there were no clean cups or cutlery available.
